Skylla Tattoo Studio Piercing Policy

1. All body piercings, except for Genital, Surface, and Children’s Ear Lobe piercings, are provided on a walk-in, first come, first serve basis.
2. Appointments are required for Genital and Surface piercings. Please call ahead to schedule.
3. Appointments are also required for Children’s Ear Lobe piercings. Please call ahead to schedule.

Minors Piercing Policies (Under 18 Years)

1. In accordance with Texas state law, body piercings for individuals under the age of 18 are permitted with parental consent under the following conditions:
   1. The parent/guardian must be present at the time of the piercing.
   2. The parent/guardian must provide a valid photo ID.
   3. The parent/guardian must present evidence of their guardianship status. Acceptable documents include: Birth Certificate, Child Custody paperwork, Adoption papers, Medical Power of Attorney, Court Guardian papers, etc.
   4. The parent/guardian must complete and sign an affidavit affirming their guardianship of the recipient of the piercing.

Age-Specific Piercing Policies

1. Ear Lobes: The recipient must be over 6 months old.
2. Nostril and other Ear piercings: The recipient must be 13 years old or over.
3. Navel, Oral and Facial piercings: The recipient must be 16 years old or over.
4. Nipples, Surface, Exotic, and Dermal piercings: The recipient must be 18 years old or over.
